Meet our hard working and passionate executive team.

NickManaging Director
Nick is your classic Kiwi entrepreneur. Based in the Waipa, he started Safe Road Services in 2017. Nick Pemberton Construction already operate a variety of companies that cater to a wide range of construction requirements. From retaining walls and house foundations, through to kerb and channeling, driveways and footpaths. It was through these businesses that Nick noticed the short supply of reliable traffic management suppliers and decided to begin Safe Road Services with a strong focus on safety, reliability and compliance. Safe Road Services’ continued success is all thanks to these qualities, as we now have a long list of loyal clientele who keep coming back, and spreading our good name throughout the country.

Luke began his working career as an arborist in 2003. His background in traffic management started as an arborist with setting up and managing of traffic management work sites, to designing traffic management plans, planning & coordinating resources, quoting, and digital marketing. He holds his STMS ABC-NP and TTMP warrants. Luke’s passion for traffic and business management brought him to his current position as General Manager to help develop and grow Safe Road Services. Since mid-2019, he has played a vital part in the organisations’ success through strategic planning, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. In his spare time Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.
SilasNational Operations Manager
Silas has been with Safe Road Services since June of 2020 and has quickly moved through the ranks to his current position as our National Operations Manager. Silas started with Safe Road Services as a TC, he then obtained his STMS warrant, shortly after moving into the position of Supervisor then Hamilton Branch Manager where he achieved his TTM Mentor ticket. Silas’ excellent knowledge of SRS procedures, dedication to upholding health and safety processes and understanding of efficient logistical practices (helped by his background in accounting), made him the perfect fit to oversee our companies’ operations. Silas is also not afraid to lead by example and often works on site with our field teams or assists on site with emergency callouts.
BobbyQuality Assurance Manager
Bobby has been Safe Road Services “secret weapon” since early 2020 when he joined as a lead STMS. His experience and attention to detail were soon noticed as extremely valuable, and Bobby was appointed as our QA Manager to share his expertise and knowledge with the rest of our team. Bobby is a qualified TTM Mentor and his history in the industry spans a decade. This wisdom and understanding of the finer details for what defines a safe, complaint and quality worksite are put to good use through his current role. Bobby frequents all three of our branches, visiting sites to conduct internal Site Condition Rating (SCR) audits and competency assessments with our staff. Bobby is not afraid to muck in and often works alongside our field staff to mentor them and lead by example.
