Safe Road Services’ staff were treated to a Christmas party at Hampton Downs this year, where our teams battled it out for the fastest lap times on the go-karts and enjoyed a cooked Christmas lunch to celebrate another successful year with SRS.
Staff from our Hamilton, Thames and Auckland branches joined forces for a great day out and were lucky enough to catch a break in the weather to get some dry laps in. 40 staff competed for the fastest lap, with a few bumps, spins and vehicles leaving the track but overall, a lot of fun had by all. We had some competitive racers with the fastest lap time going to one of our STMS from Hamilton, Nicohla, who even made it on the leader board of overall fastest times of the week!
Once everyone had their fill of racing, we ventured up to the corporate lounges and enjoyed a traditional Christmas Roast chicken with side salads and ham followed by a trifle for dessert and a few drinks to wash it all down.
We are proud to have such a great team who have worked hard over the past year and deserve to have some fun enjoying each other’s company outside of work hours. We would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to all our staff, partners and clients who have supported Safe Road Services throughout 2022.

With only two weeks to go before Christmas, we are planning our work through the holiday period and into 2023 where we are looking forward to another great year with many positive changes to come.
